Saudi Arabia: AlUla goes full disco!

A retro/disco roller rink in the middle of the desert where you can shake to the music selections of international DJs? That’s the latest immersive experience offered by Saudi Arabia in its flagship region: AlUla.

What do Donna Summer, the Bee-Gees, or John Travolta have in common with Saudi Arabia? At first glance, not much, but look again! In the heart of the archeological site of AlUla, in the center of the tourist development project of the country, an event is currently taking place that makes the greatest hits of the 70s resound in our country, AlUla on Wheels.

Skate on!

The pitch? A roller rink in the middle of the desert, with a disco ball, black light, neon lights, and DJ sets every weekend, for unforgettable sliding sessions in one of the best preserved archaeological sites in the world.

It’s enough to make all the teenagers of the region dream, who will be happy to recreate the scenes seen in the last season of Stranger Things.

In place for 3 weeks, the operation ends on October 22.
