The Sony World Photography Awards honor amateur, student and professional photographers from around the world with national awards. And among this year's winners, four photographers are from the Arab world.
Out of 340,000 images from 211 regions of the world, only 65 photographers from 61 countries were honored as winners, including four artists from Saudi Arabia, Egypt, the United Arab Emirates and Kuwait.
And for these lucky winners, two important rewards are offered by the Sony brand: the publication of their photographs in the Sony World Photography Awards book, as well as professional digital imaging equipment, allowing them to better work on their shots, and to become real professional photographers.
