Video : What they did to this barge to transport it to Dubai is amazing.

The Castoro 12, a pipelay barge for very shallow waters, was completely cut in half lengthwise to be transported between the Caspian Sea and the Persian Gulf to Dubai for work.

This is something you don’t see every day. This huge pipelay barge located in the Caspian Sea had to travel to Dubai to carry out work. However, because it was too large to be transported between the Caspian Sea and the Persian Gulf, it had to be cut in half entirely lengthwise.
