Famous Egyptian singer Sherine Abdel Wahab and Syrian singer Assala Nasri will, both, be holding ladies-only concert in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on two different days in June.

Sherine Abdel Wahab, the Egyptian singer born in 1980 announced on her Instagram account “To the beautiful women of Jeddah and Saudi Arabia, I’m happy that my first concert in the country will be on June 19”. The singer, who began her booming career in 2000 with a successful album in partnership with Tamer Hosny, is famous for her emotional and melodious voice. The so-called “Queen of Emotions” is believed to be one of the most talented and successful singers of her generation.

Right after Sherine, Assala Nasri will be performing for the first time in the kingdom at King Fahd Cultural Center in Riyadh on June 20. The daughter of Syrian artist Mustafa Nasri won the Best Arab Singer Award in November 2017 for her latest album “Mahtama bel Tafaseel”.

Both shows, heading for Eid El-Fitr celebrations, are expected to draw a large Arabic-speaking audience and to offer remarkable live performances.
